Fire station driveway
The City of Vallejo hired ECI to place and finish concrete for a fire station driveway. The city handled demolition and preparation; ECI coordinated concrete delivery, pumping and the finishing crew.
We completed half of the driveway at a time so the fire station could remain operational throughout the work.
Accessible entrances for six businesses
A longtime property-management client needed entrance improvements at a Vallejo commercial property with six businesses. ECI referred a local engineer for plans and permitting, then bid and completed the concrete work.
Temporary plywood ramps helped customers enter during construction. Businesses remained accessible for most of the project, with access closed on pour day.
