Three local projects, from planning through completion
Stamped patio and garden wall
The homeowners wanted to replace their existing concrete with a new stamped patio and garden wall. During planning, pre-existing dry rot in the house siding needed to be addressed. ECI referred them to a trusted local contractor and removed the old concrete so the rotted siding could be replaced before the new patio was poured.
We also referred an electrician for the wall lighting and coordinated the installation. ECI set the wall forms, the electrician positioned the wiring and boxes, and we poured the concrete. The electrician then returned to finish the lights.
The project brought a new patio, garden wall and lighting together through careful coordination with trusted local trades.
Retaining wall, entry steps and walkway
The homeowner wanted to replace a failing retaining wall and complete the hardscaping before landscaping her front yard. ECI met with her, developed a plan and provided an estimate.
We replaced the retaining wall and built concrete entry steps and a walkway to the front porch, completing the hardscaping so she could move forward with her landscaping plans.
School utility excavation
A local plumbing company ECI has worked with for years hired us to provide access to a leaking fire-sprinkler supply line at a Benicia school. The repair was in a difficult spot to reach.
ECI removed a section of fence to bring in an excavator and exposed the pipe for the plumbing contractor’s repairs. We also placed concrete support blocks behind the pipe fittings and completed the backfill.
